A very special coffee because of the way it is threshed. It creates a cup of excellence of great sweetness with citrus notes and intense aftertaste and body. This is thanks to the accelerated way of drying the coffee and separating it from its parchment while the bean is still wet.
This variety of Arabica is grown in the highlands of the island of Bali (Indonesia). It is grown on the Sukasada estate, which is situated between 1300 and 1700 meters above sea level. It is grown almost entirely in the shade and without pesticides.
