A very special coffee because of the way it is threshed. It creates a cup of excellence of great sweetness with citrus notes and intense aftertaste and body. This is thanks to the accelerated way of drying the coffee and separating it from its parchment while the bean is still wet.

This variety of Arabica is grown in the highlands of the island of Bali (Indonesia). It is grown on the Sukasada estate, which is situated between 1300 and 1700 meters above sea level. It is grown almost entirely in the shade and without pesticides.

You will notice citrus sensations with notes of raisins and figs. To add more points to the coffee experience, this coffee can present some chocolatey notes.

It is grown in small coffee plots in western Uganda. It can grow to an altitude of 2300 meters, a real world record. As this coffee is at high altitude and with a temperate climate, it has a slow maturation. This variety of Arabica is the first Brazilian coffee with a Denomination of Origin (Cerrado Mineiro). Its dark roast is perfect for espresso machines. It is a very popular roast for people who want more intensity and body. It is very characteristic of Southern Europe, for example, Italy, where they consume stronger, shorter coffees and of quick extraction.

A coffee with a light roast: A more aromatic, acidic, sweet, and fruity coffee is achieved. Focused on highlighting these aromatic properties, it will have reduced bitterness and body. Thus, you will notice the caramel and nutty notes more clearly.

This Arabica variety is the first Brazilian coffee with Denomination of Origin (Cerrado Mineiro). With its light roast, the original flavors are better preserved. It is a roast widely used for specialty and gourmet coffees. It is characteristic of Northern Europe, where softer, fruitier and longer coffees are consumed.

COFFEE ORIGIN: PAPUA NUEVA GUINEA SIGRI (250 GR)

1600m  Soft, dense, complex and balanced. With notes of spices, vegetables and ripe fruits. Intensely perfumed.

In the Sigri plantation of Waghi Valley, which was founded by the Carpenter family in 1969, the coffee grows at about 1600-1700 m altitude, and enjoys a cool and mild climate and good rainfall throughout the year. These microclimatic conditions are ideal for the growth of Arabica coffee, especially the ancient Typica variety and Arusha. In Sigri the harvest is done manually between the months of April and September, selecting the ripe grain at the correct point of sugars and acidity. This selected cherry is pulped on the same day with respectful methods for the environment. The whole fermentation process lasts about three days and the parchment is dried in the sun.

 Sigri A has a distinct family connection to Blue Mountain coffee from Jamaica.
