Shipping and Return Conditions
RATES AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
We deliver all our orders in the 24-48 hours after the order (working days) through the company MRW. The SHIPPING RATES are € 6.55 for orders whose value is less than € 39, and free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 39.
1. These conditions will apply to shipments contracted in the absence of specific agreements or conditions derived from the singularity of each product or service.
2. The data about the destination of the order and for the receiver, are provided by the latter and under his responsibility, not being checked by the transport agency, unless serious imminent risk or order of the authority.
3. The services will be provided from Monday to Friday. In the temporary calculation holidays are excluded in the destination.
4. In case of non-compliance with the contractually agreed delivery deadline, the indemnity to be paid will be the return of the shipments paid by the customer. Failure to comply with the deadline for delivery will not be deemed to be caused by the absence of the receiver, change of address or unknown address, late delivery on second attempt of delivery, causes of force majeure or unforeseeable event or others not attributable to the transport agency. In case the order is rejected by the addressee or the addressee is absent, CAFES CARACAS, S.L.U. does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the order.
5. The delivery of the order will be made at the address designated by the receiver, except for the receiver's repeated absence, in which case, it will be made at the nearest post/transport agency central office of the receiver. 6. It will be necessary requirement to proceed to the delivery of the goods the receiver's signing. In case of refusal of the receiver to sign the request of the agency, this will be exempt from all responsibility.
7. The deadlines for claiming damages on the merchandise will be 24 hours from delivery if the damages are not appreciable externally.

Our Return Policy is simple.When you receive your order you should inspect it immediately to verify that the order is correct, always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order, or the products are damaged or defective, please accept our apologies first. These cases are very rare, even so, we will try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
In order to receive the refund or replacement of products, you must return the order or product in the same conditions in which you received it and within 30 days after the day you received it.

3. WHAT TO DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please, pack up the order securely and include in your package your order number, name and full address when you return the order.
Any product shipped back is the responsibility of the user until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, make sure that you return the product using a secure shipping method.
Our return policy applies to orders placed directly through this web. Therefore, if you have purchased a product in any of our specialized stores and / or distributors of our brand, please contact the store directly for its return.
4. COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
We will only refund the shipping costs of those returns for wrong orders, as well as products that are damaged or defective.
