ORIGIN COFFEE: HONEY GUATEMALA (250 GR)

Coffee from Central America with a fruity flavour and great sweetness with a mango fragrance and hints of red fruits. This taste is due to its Honey processing, a work of craftsmanship in the world of coffee. Its low acidity and full body make it one of the best options for enjoying coffee this holiday season.

This high quality sweet coffee comes from Santa Maria de Joyabaj, located in the department of Quiché in central Guatemala. It is a mountainous area with abundant water, home to several rivers. This generates a rather cold climate, a factor that differentiates this coffee from other nearby areas.

The coffee-growing families select and hand-pick the ripest cherries, which are then transported to the Joyabaj mill for processing, resulting in a carefully crafted product of supreme quality.

Honey Guatemala, a sweet speciality coffee from Central America

HONEY

In the world of coffee there is nothing sweeter than Honey or "honeyed" coffees, and Honey Joyabaj is one of them. It comes from Santa Maria de Joyabaj, located in the department of Quiché in central Guatemala.

The entire production process is carried out by hand, from the moment the ripest cherries are picked until they are processed in the Beneficio, and it is the coffee-growing families who are in charge of this.
