This high-quality Bourbon varietal comes from the North Kivu Region in the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically from a cooperative of small producers in the town of Hutwe located on the shores of Lake Edward. It is grown between 1,400 and 1,800 meters above sea level, in volcanic soil, and with abundant water. These factors give this African coffee a unique flavor that differs from many other origins.
