We start our “EXCELLENT COFFEE CUP” collection with an indispensable coffee for the sybarites. A coffee experience that cannot be missed. This is an outstanding quality coffee with a persistent aftertaste that enhances the pleasure of this perfect cup.

Cultivated in the “Clave de sol” plantation, in Marcala (Honduras) on 1.300 m of altitude. Its beans are endowed with a wine fragrance and a sweet fruit aroma. With a consistent taste, it stands out for its candy taste, like lollipop, and sweet fruits; it also has some notes of caramelized sugar and hazelnuts. Balanced body and acidity.

Its complexity is based on its very particular elaboration, choosing the 100% of the red drupes to guarantee the highest quality of its output. Then, the drupes dry on in a solar dryer, in a courtyard or under the shade, depending on the climate conditions, getting in to a 12% of humidity (between 20 and 30 days), and finally the bean are placed in bags for exportation.

The “clave de sol” plantation is owned by Mrs Miriam Elisabeth Pérez Zelaya, who keeps a huge commitment with excellency during all elaboration process. Her daughter, Dania Eunice, is a doctor and will build an hospital inside the property, providing public access to medicines and therapies.

This premium quality coffee is presented in a Doy Pack bag with high light protection, self-closing and with a degassing valve, which optimizes the conservation of all the aroma and organoleptic qualities of the coffee.
