A coffee with an excellent balance of body and aroma. It has a remarkable refined acidity. This coffee tastes fruity (wine-like) and slightly sweet. You will notice citrus sensations with notes of raisins and figs. To add more points to the coffee experience, this coffee can present some chocolatey notes.
It is grown in small coffee plots in western Uganda. It can grow to an altitude of 2300 meters, a real world record. As this coffee is at high altitude and with a temperate climate, it has a slow maturation. This is a blessing for those who want coffees rich in nuances and flavors that are a surprise on the palate.
