A smooth, sweet, fruity and floral flavoured drink. It has a slight acidity, medium body and a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
It is a decaffeinated coffee that will surprise the most coffee lovers, not so much because of its origin (it is a high altitude Arabica, grown in Honduras on organic farms), but because of its character in the cup, despite being a decaffeinated coffee!
